When Mid America Bank chose Ken Otke Construction Company to build their new banking center in Belle, Missouri, it was only natural that they turned to their sister company, Dick Otke Construction Company to fulfill the needs of this commercial project.
Tim Hayden, project manager, lead the team to incorporate similar architectural elements inspired by their other banking centers in order to maintain a consistent corporate identity. Angie Zimmerman Laughlin, interior designer on the project focused on incorporating building materials and finishes to bring a more modern banking experience to their customers. The lobby features an open space design with an enhanced walk-in experience making their team of bankers easily accessible. The customer-friendly service counter allows for most transactions to be completed at a single transaction station.
The 4,562-square foot, energy-efficient building includes two drive thru lanes, as well as a drive thru ATM. The prime location and new facility make the bank easily accessible and allows for future growth.
