McKee Street Apartments located on the east side of Columbia is a 12-unit apartment building that allows the residents an opportunity to live independently and be a part of the wider community. The 12,000 square foot building has 12 independent living apartments with 24-hour special assistance. Each apartment features a complete kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. All of the apartments are ADA compatible and one apartment is a full ADA unit. Residents can also enjoy the large gathering room and outdoor covered patio.
Dick Otke Construction Company worked within MHCD specifications and coordinated the design and construction of the project. DOCC’s responsible approach to project management brought this project in on time and under budget.
